Shipping Policy
Free worldwide shipping for orders over $35 or €35. Every order ships free, worldwide, from our workshop in Athens, Greece.
Made to order. Each piece is 3D printed, assembled, and hand-painted after you order it. Please allow:
- Standard items (most props, statues, and parts): 3–4 weeks production time
- Complex builds (helmets, large props, light-up pieces): 4–6 weeks production time
You'll receive a notification with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times (after dispatch):
- Europe: 7–10 business days
- USA & rest of world: 10–15 business days
Customs & import fees. International orders may be subject to customs or import duties set by your country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping.
Tracking. All orders ship with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at dask3d@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier.
Damaged in transit? Please film the unboxing of your package. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with missing parts, contact us within 48 hours with photos (and the unboxing video if possible) and we'll arrange a replacement or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.
