You may return your item for a refund only if you provide proof that the item arrives faulty, damaged or with missing parts. please make a video of the unboxing when arrives to provide proof that arrived damaged, and not damaged with mishandling or droping.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable,

damaged goods from shipping will be replaced but buyer must cover re-shipping fees
